Manufacturing capability

Machining built around the part.

We select the process route from geometry, material, tolerance and production volume—not from a fixed list of machine operations.

Scope

From one-off replacement to repeat production.

OuNaiDa supports prototypes, engineering validation parts, replacement components and recurring batch production. Quotations are based on the drawing and its functional requirements, with critical characteristics identified before workholding and inspection plans are finalized.

Common materials include aluminum alloys, carbon and alloy steels, stainless steel, brass, bronze and engineering plastics. Material certificates, inspection records and other documents can be included when stated at RFQ stage.

CNC Milling

CNC Milling

3-axis and multi-axis machining for housings, plates, brackets, fixtures and precision mechanical components.

CNC Turning

CNC Turning

Shafts, pins, sleeves, bushings, flanges and threaded parts with fit, runout and concentricity requirements.

5-Axis Machining

5-Axis Machining

Complex contours and multi-face features produced with fewer setups to protect positional relationships.

Turn-Mill

Turn-Mill

Combined turning and driven-tool operations for parts that require milled flats, holes, slots or key features.

Grinding

Grinding

Cylindrical finishing where size control, roundness or functional surface quality requires it.

Gear Machining

Gear Machining

Selected spur and helical gears reviewed against tooth geometry and mating requirements.

Materials & finishes

The production route includes what the part is made from—and how it must perform.

Common materials include aluminum alloys, carbon and alloy steels, stainless steel, brass, bronze and engineering plastics. Anodizing, black oxide, nickel plating, blasting and controlled machining texture can be specified when function and appearance require them.

Material selection

Grade, stock form, certification and machining response are reviewed against the released requirement.

Surface requirement

Finish, coating, roughness and protected surfaces are confirmed before the external process or final release.

DFM review

Details settled before metal is cut.

Where the drawing leaves room for manufacturing decisions, we review tool access, datum strategy, corner radii, wall thickness, thread engagement, stock allowance and inspection access. Proposed changes are raised for approval; they are not silently introduced into production.
