CNC machining first

Milled and turned parts form the core of our work.

Housings, brackets, fixtures, shafts, sleeves and complex multi-axis components make up the primary manufacturing scope. Gears and sprockets remain a selected supporting capability when their geometry and mating requirements are clearly defined.

What to send

The drawing remains the authority.

For an accurate review, include the latest drawing revision and 3D model where available. Mark critical dimensions, fits, geometric tolerances, surface roughness, heat treatment, coating and any appearance requirements. For reverse-engineered replacements, send the sample condition and explain where the part works in the assembly.

Drawing review

From your drawing
to a production-ready part.

Include material, quantity, critical tolerances, surface finish and required documents. We will review manufacturability before quotation.
